Delete your ScrollWars account

App: ScrollWars (app.scrollwars.android)

You can ask us to delete your account and the data linked to it at any time. This page explains how.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@scrollwars.app with the subject Delete my ScrollWars account.
Send it from the email address on your account. This lets us confirm the account is yours. If you signed in with Google, use your Google account email.
If you never created an account (you used the app as a guest), tell us the name shown on your leaderboard entry and roughly when you installed the app, and we will do our best to find and delete that record.
We will reply to confirm, and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile and leaderboard entry
Your reel counts, daily and hourly statistics
Your age band
Your email address and sign-in record
Crash and "app opened" records linked to your account ID

What we may keep

We may keep information we are required to keep by law, and anonymous totals that cannot be traced back to you.

Coming soon: a button inside the app to delete your account straight away, without email. Until it is available, please use the email steps above.

Just want to stop counting?

You do not need to delete your account to stop. Turn off the ScrollWars accessibility service in Android Settings, or uninstall the app. Uninstalling the app does not delete your data on our servers, so email us if you also want that removed.
